It is also where the ceiling lives. A 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle in SGC 9.5 sold for $12.6 million at Heritage in August 2022, still the record for any sports card. None of our 41,770 rows is priced. A number ships on this site with its sample size next to it or it does not ship, and four card games sit ahead of baseball in the review queue. When baseball opens it opens narrow, on purpose: Bowman and Topps Chrome rookies first, because 41,770 rows priced at once is how a database becomes wrong. The refractor autograph reads $23,246 in Grade 9 and $30,000 in PSA 10 on about one sale a year each (SportsCardsPro, September 2026) — exactly the thin cells our confidence tiers exist for.
